Shipping

Candles with Kindness orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 2 days of purchase.

We offer free local pick up from Croydon VIC 3136 (you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up and provided with the address).

For most destinations, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days however some regional destinations may take a little longer. We are not responsible for delayed shipping.

All items are shipped using Australia Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your items have dispatched and this email will contain a tracking ID.

For any urgent orders, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange opened or used products, or change of mind purchases. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
